How we handle your information.
The short version: we collect only what you send us and, with your permission, basic usage analytics. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared beyond the services that run this site.
What we collect
Three things, each with a reason.
The contact form. Your name, email, company and message. We use them only to respond to you. They reach our team by email and are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Analytics, only if you allow it. With your consent, Google Analytics sets cookies that tell us which pages are visited, on what kind of device, and from roughly where. Decline and the site works exactly the same.
Server logs. Standard technical records (IP address, browser type, pages requested) kept briefly for security and operations.
What we don't do
The lines we hold.
No selling. We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
No surprise marketing. A form submission starts a conversation, not a subscription. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
No tracking without a choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you allow them, and you can change your mind at any time.
Your analytics choice
You decide, and you can re-decide.
A one-time notice asks whether to allow analytics cookies. Your choice is stored in your browser and respected on every visit. To change it, and pick again.
The services behind this site
Who touches the data, and for what.
Microsoft Azure. Hosts the site and delivers contact-form email through Azure Communication Services. Data may be processed in the United States and Canada.
Google Analytics. Usage measurement, only with your consent.
Google Fonts. This site's typeface is served by Google, so your browser requests it from Google's servers.
Your rights
Ask us anything about your information.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact form and mention privacy; we will respond promptly.
