Calgary, Alberta — Operations had fought for weeks to get the plunger to surface on a liquid-loaded well. Using the pilot unit's versatile design, gas from a neighbouring well was kicked down the loaded well's casing, and in under two hours the plunger surfaced and the well was back cycling on its own.
It was one of a series of tests since the unit went live, each proving production-optimization results on a producing pad. The same unit, already on site, applied to the next problem well.
