Calgary, Alberta — On a producing Tourmaline well, Mbrace Energy's multiphase pilot unit brought a loaded well back online, retrieving the plunger and restarting production without a wireline or swabbing call, and has delivered 100% of the well's liquid unloading without venting. All three ventless unloads in the month were run remotely through the Mbrace platform: the first two with an operator standing by on site, the third with no one on location at all. No truck rolled.
The unit runs fully off-grid on a 50 kW natural-gas genset, with no load bank and no grid tie-in. It is virtually integrated into the operator's existing Cygnet SCADA/RTU for full remote access, control and operation, and a plunger optimization identified in the Mbrace platform has been implemented on the well. The deployment carries a third-party HAZOP by SDS Consulting and a noise impact study.
Proved on one well, built for any well. The same package is ready for the next one.
